Medical Cannabis, also referred to as medical marijuana, is the use of the dried flowers and leaf material from Cannabis plants as a physician-recommended drug or herbal therapy.
Cannabis contains many cannabinoids from which it gets its medicinal qualities. The two predominant cannabinoids are Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD).
