Medical Cannabis, also referred to as medical marijuana, is the use of the dried flowers and leaf material from Cannabis plants as a physician-recommended drug or herbal therapy.
Cannabis contains many cannabinoids from which it gets its medicinal qualities. The two predominant cannabinoids are Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and Cannabidiol (CBD). They act together to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, relax muscles, reduce nausea, stimulate appetite, and more.
